Question I don't understand how you're supposed to get it. Every guide and comment I've seen either doesn't specify what difficulty you have to do it in or specifically says it doesn't matter. I have yet to see the first chest or special enemy spawn in regular difficulty and we only had them spawn once on legend while we were ….
